TCT testing announcement for cycle 7

Teacher’s Council of Thailand (TCT) has announced the test dates for the next cycle of testing in order to qualify for the five year Professional Teacher’s License. The tests will be given on January 21st and 22nd, 2011 in four provinces (Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen and Songkhla). There are four exams that must all be passed for the applicant to qualify to apply for the PTL. Having a Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite for both taking the tests and being issued the license. The application period will be open from November 11th to 22nd, 2010 with payment due by the 22nd of November, 2010. After applying on line at http://testeng.ksp.or.th you take the payment form to any branch of Krung Thai Bank for payment. The testing fees are 1,000 baht per test taken and a 30 baht bank payment fee. For more information visit the TCT website.
